Our Services

Care at home

You choose a carer who will help take care of your parents, spouses, grandparents, or any other loved one as if they were their own family. Our in-home care services include:

  • Physical assistance.

  • Medication reminders.

  • Cooking and nutrition.

  • Transportation to appointments and local errands.

  • Providing companionship to those who may be lonely or feel unsafe alone at home.

  • Bespoke morning and evening routine.

Our senior care services are designed to help our clients retain their independence, whilst also receiving sufficient support to help them stay safe.

Companionship

Companionship is the cornerstone of life, providing an essential source of support, understanding, and belonging. Whether through friendships or familial ties, it offers a profound sense of connection and solidarity. We at Custos Care believe companionship doesn’t have to be clinical.

With a huge range of companions to offer, from artists, musicians, composers, ballerinas and the like we are confident we can find you someone to connect with.

Many of our companions wish to create connections with the older generation, to learn from their experience and hear more about your stories. They are as much of a friend as a carer.

Chaperone service

Our founder was often asked to chaperone friends and family to and from appointments that involve sedation. It occurred to William that this is a requirement of many clinics which conduct sedated treatments. This is a service Custos Care can provide to those who don't have friends or family available to them to accompany them to their appointments.

This service would include preparation, transportation to and from the appointment, waiting during the procedure, and being available until the patient is comfortable or a family or friend can arrive.

Treatments which often require sedation include:

  • Biopsy

  • Dental surgery

  • Minor bone fracture repair

  • Plastic or reconstructive surgery

  • Procedures to diagnose and treat stomach, colon, lung, and bladder conditions.

Respite Care

Being a carer can be hard work, and anyone responsible for others must first prioritise their own physical and mental health. For family members struggling to deliver care for their loved ones, we can offer days or weeks of respite care so that the current support staff might rest up and recharge.
