Meet some of our talented carers

Carer, home care assistant, chaperone; whatever you want to call us, our carers are real people, with stories, interests, plans and histories.

With us, there’s no stranger syndrome. At Custos Care, we pride ourselves on knowing one another. Our carers regularly meet for meals, advice sharing, and wellness treatments. If one of us were to cover the other, odds are, we’d know each other.

“In my mother’s last week, our carer was a huge solace to us all, caring, and vigilant; he always lightened the mood, and found solutions to the various stresses and difficulties. The whole episode went as smoothly, and as lovingly, as I believe was possible. My mother could not have wished for a more compassionate end."

Meet Lord Kenneth Baker

Kenneth and his family were concerned that their weekly shop was a lot to be carrying back home safely by himself. Our founder Will has since become Kenneth's 'personal squire', and has visited him each Saturday to attend the market.

Meet Barbara

Barbara realised she needed a little extra help carrying her shopping. More than just practical support, she was looking for carers who could offer meaningful conversation, companionship, and shared experiences.
